Madhya Pradesh Tourism is launching a campaign to educate the travel trade, consumer and media about what it has to offer Australians. They have appointed Five Star PR, a well known public relations agency well experienced with India to represent them in Australia
They will be will be working hard in consultation with India Tourism in 2018 to make the destination synonymous with tiger safaris, temples and adventure.
Nicole Lenoir-Jourdan, MD Five Star PR said, “What an honour to promote such a colourful destination offering tiger safaris in the national parks of Panna, Pench and Bandavgarh, a cultural history such as that found in Khajuraho with its temples (some depicting the karma sutra), and a land dotted with stupas, forts and palaces all set in the heart of India.”
“Then there is tea, cricket and Madhya Pradesh cuisine. Who doesn’t love Indian food and in Madhya Pradesh local treats are mouth-watering such as the local bhutte ki kees made with grated corn kernels cooked in spices, coconut and skimmed milk. Mustard seeds and green chilies are added to up the spice factor of the dish. It’s one of the most loved street food of Madhya Pradesh,” she said.
She said, “Having promoted &Beyond’s safaris in Africa and India for over ten years including the once jointly managed safari parks with Taj Safaris, Five Star PR has an excellent knowledge of the area and we are looking forward to putting working with Incredible Design to put it on everyone’s list for travel in 2018. This is the year of the tiger.”
Madhya Pradesh Tourism will be at AIME this year and one of the first projects will be road shows in February.
