A joint venture between Singapore Airlines and Tata Sons, Vistara launched its first flight in January 2015.The start-up airline, has continued its rapid recent growth with the launch of flights to Kochi, in the southern state of Kerala. The launch of Vistara’s new southern route to Kochi follows the recent start of two new services to northern India, linking Delhi with Jammu and Srinagar. And from 2 May, the airline’s expansion will continue with the launch of flights to Chandigarh.Once this phase of growth is complete, Vistara will fly to 16 destinations across India using its fleet of three-class Airbus A320 aircraft.
